His assessment has confirmed that the factory maintains good working standards.  The factory export carpets to Europe the U.S and Canada, and rely on the GoodWeave certificate of approval to boast excellent quality and fair conditions for its workers. GoodWeave aim to protect workers rights as the carpet factory industry in Nepal is notorious for providing poor working conditions and forcing young children into labour.
