To mark the UN International Migrants Day (18th December 2020) Folkestone community members staged a Nativity scene with Jesus, Mary and Joseph arriving as refugees on the harbour beach in Folkestone, Kent, on the 12th of December 2020. As they arrived onto the beach a small group of local people welcomed them ashore with blankets and hot drinks and shelter from the rain. (photo by Andy Aitchison)
