Emergency services battled a significant fire at a derelict hotel in the early hours of the 31st of March 2025 in Folkestone, United Kingdom. At it’s height there were 7 fire engines at the scene including a vehicle for height. The building that has been derelict for year dates back to the Victorian era and is Grade II listed, it was the former Rhodesia hotel once owned by the founder of Saga, Sidney de Hann.
